Over the past 20 years, Van Long has fulfilled its mission through hardship and determination — a mission shaped by the country’s early days of opening up to the world. The fear of failure and poverty has never truly left us.

Risks and threats to Van Long’s survival and growth have constantly tested our people’s resolve. At times, we wished to slow down, to hold onto what we had, to relax, to take better care of our people’s lives. But looking forward, the challenges remain — and the question continues to echo: to exist or not to exist.

The business environment has grown tougher. Customer expectations are higher. We have tried, but perhaps it hasn’t been enough. Complaints, criticism, even the loss of some customers — these leave us with a deep sense of reflection, and the weight of responsibilities not yet fulfilled.

We at Van Long do not seek flamboyance or vanity. We strive for quiet strength, genuine values, and simple things done with care — the kind of pride that comes from within.

Putting aside what has already been built, we once again step forward — embarking on a new entrepreneurial journey in this new chapter of the nation’s progress.

We take on this challenge like soldiers in a new era. Armed with the experience earned through years of building and adapting, we begin again — with the dream of a brighter tomorrow.
